I have been in almost three years and am an Intelligence Specialist who focuses on operational and Imagery Intelligence. The USNS Spearhead is my second Deployment, my first being on the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. ” Thank you all for the care packages that y’all sent this deployment. Sorry that I am just now writing to you all. The packages were awesome and I shared most of it with my fellow Soldiers and NCO’s. I will be redeploying here in the next month or so. So if you are sending another package, please do it in the next few days or it won’t make it here in time. If you do, I do like healthy snacks and workout supplements. But don’t go out of your way just to send one-off to me if you weren’t planning on it. I completely understand and don’t want y’all to waste time and money on me when you could be sending another Soldier a package that just got out here recently.
